Established in 2009, Climate Action Darwin is a 1,000-strong grassroots community group. We believe it is our obligation to current and future generations to create a safe climate for all.
We do this by supporting Darwin residents to take action, advising on the transition to a zero carbon economy in the Territory, and influencing decision-makers.
What does Climate Action Darwin do?
We influence decision-makers to adopt climate-friendly policies.
We support Darwin residents to take climate action, and reduce their own climate impact.
We advocate for a transition to a zero carbon economy.
We inform and educate audiences on NT climate change impacts and solutionsincluding schools.
